Charge: This word in Isaiah 54:11 is for someone whose foundation is laced with storm, there are people who are suffering different problems, attacks and continous battles because of what they are afflicted with in their foundation, some foundations are affected with gambling, some drunkeness, theft, marital Crisis, Sicknesses etc. But the word of God says he will give you a new foundation of Sapphire, Sapphire is a precious stone of a sky-blue colour, probably. The throne of God is described as of the colour of a sapphire in Exodus 24:10
