Topic: Prayer to receive reward for your labour
Luke 10:7
7 And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.
Charge: Every labourer who has genuinely worked or put in effort deserves their wages, that was why Jesus spoke in the Scripture saying a labourer deserves their wages. Every farmer who plants notwithstanding the challenges and the difficulties they experience in the planting season some could even be under the sun planting and toiling deserve to harvest. When we put in effort we are supposed to reap our reward, but the problem lies where people labour and are attacked by the enemy, although they labour and put so much effort the enemy plunders it and steal all their harvest, like the Amalekites plundered the field and crops of the Israelites Judges 6:3-5, the Amalekites made the Israelites to suffer a great loss, just like the enemy make some to invest so much in something yet receive little or no reward.
