Mark 16:17-19
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
Charge: The Lord assures we believers of his protection by saying we will take harmful substance and it will not hurt us, we will take up serpents and nothing will harm us. There are many traps that are set for us some of which we do not know about but he keeps preserving us, so many poisonous substance that we have drank but we do not know that we drank but God kept us. The Lord says even this October his hand of protection will be upon us to keep us from all evil in the name of Jesus
