A refuge is a place or situation providing safety or shelter, the bible says the name of the Lord is a strong tower the righteous run in and they are saved, you are saved from all the issues and problems that life throws at you, verse 2 says " We will not fear though the earth be removed and though the mountains be carried into the sea". It doesn't happen what happens to the earth, though it is shaken or removed, God's Children must have the understanding that their refuge is in the Lord, in the Lord you find shelter and not the earth because the earth is temporal, it can be removed and shaken but God never shakes he is the one who shakes things and is unshakable Hallelujah
