Gen 30:25-43
38 And he set the rods which he had pilled before the flocks in the gutters in the watering troughs when the flocks came to drink, that they should conceive when they came to drink.
39 And the flocks conceived before the rods, and brought forth cattle ringstraked, speckled, and spotted.
40 And Jacob did separate the lambs, and set the faces of the flocks toward the ringstraked, and all the brown in the flock of Laban; and he put his own flocks by themselves, and put them not unto Laban's cattle.
41 And it came to pass, whensoever the stronger cattle did conceive, that Jacob laid the rods before the eyes of the cattle in the gutters, that they might conceive among the rods.
42 But when the cattle were feeble, he put them not in: so the feebler were Laban's, and the stronger Jacob's.
43 And the man increased exceedingly, and had much cattle, and maidservants, and menservants, and camels, and asses
Charge: Jacob served Laban for fourteen years instead of seven years for his daughters, he wanted to marry Rachel and served for seven years but at the end of the seventh year he found out that the woman he was given was not Rachel but leah (Gen 29:25). Aggrieved he went to Laban to complain of his mischievousness but Laban begged him to work seven years more for Rachel (Gen 29:27) he did which made it a total of 14 years. Laban wanted Jacob to stay with him because he was hardworking and because God blessed the house of Laban and increased his cattles for Jacobs sake.
In Genesis 30 Laban asked Jacob to “name his wages,” when he was done serving for his wives and Jacob said, “Let me go through all your flocks today and remove from them every speckled or spotted sheep, every dark-colored lamb and every spotted or speckled goat. They will be my wages. And . . . in the future . . . any goat in my possession that is not speckled or spotted, or any lamb that is not dark-colored, will be considered stolen” (Genesis 30:32–33). Laban agreed, and the animals were divided. Laban separated out the multi-colored animals, leaving only the solid-colored animals for his son-in-law to tend. The agreement seemed to favor Laban, as speckled or spotted sheep and goats were the exception, not the rule.
To increase his flocks (and diminish Laban’s), Jacob deviced a technique, He took fresh-cut branches from poplar, almond, and plane trees and peeled the bark to create white stripes on them. “Then he placed the peeled branches in all the watering troughs, so that they would be directly in front of the flocks when they came to drink. When the flocks were in heat and came to drink, they mated in front of the branches. And they bore young that were streaked or speckled or spotted” (Genesis 30:38–39). Then Jacob had the strong flocks but Laban's where feeble. Anywhere Jacob turned he was blessed and that is your portion this month.

6. I reject every letter of delay, i receive my letter of dancing in the name of Jesus
7. Blood of Jesus erase my shame and restore my Glory (Keep saying it untill you are satisfied)
8. Make my life a living wonder to many, so that they will run to you this month in the name of Jesus
9. Deliver me Lord from shameful situations this November in the name of Jesus
10. Every generational sin causing delay be cancelled by the blood of the lamb

19. Powers renewing evil covenant of delay in my life be consumed by fire in the name of Jesus
20. Anyone using my situation to mock me will be forced to congratulate me at my celebration in the name of Jesus
21. My father my maker have mercy on me and put an end to episodes of shame in my life and family in the name of Jesus
22. Powers that have kept me in the valley of shame be destroyed totally in the name of Jesus
23. Every satanic stamp meant to cause shame in my life this month is destroyed right now in the name of Jesus
